  9. Thanks for the new tutorial on the fan brush. I see a lot of painters use it, and a bought both a small and a big one. I find it very effective for large areas of grass, and very big/foreground trees, but from my experience, it’s really hard to control for details, it’s very easy to get accidental side smudges, while trying to use its tip for details. I was actually happy to see that you worked without it so far:-) But maybe I’ll learn how to use it better now…

    • you’re welcome Michael… I been using flat brushes for grass details and tree leaves for most of my painting life. Now I am also learning to use the fan brush. I use it before but not many times. Thank you.

    • you’re welcome.. The brush’s brand is Momiji number 6 for acrylic and oil painting.
