  10. John,
Today I managed to paint one good tree. Although my tree is no way as nice as yours, but I was so happy, I tape it on the wall anyway.(I use canvas paper) .

Thank you for your tutorial, I really improve a lot. And I practice MANY times to improve my skill.

You are right, just keep practicing.

    • Sounds great! thank you and keep learning 🙂

  17. IAM from Nepal . Very nice art

  18. Thanks so much for a great tutorial. But the brush you are painting with most of the tree, looks much softer than a normal number 11 bristle flat brush, which it is hard and unyelding. In any case, I can only get your results if I paint the leaves with a natural bristles brush or with a fan brush.

    • Tookme long time to find a correct answer

    • Yes, from what I figured watching his videos, when he mentions bristle hair brush he mostly means natural bristles. For synthetic he specifically mentions as nylon. So the flat brush he is using in the video is mostly a natural bristle haired brush

  19. I am getting back into painting after many years…I absolutely LOVE your videos .. I used Bob Ross Wet on Wet technique with OILS many years ago .Recently am getting into Acrylics…I need to ask what Brand Acrylics are you using ? I have followed the tutorial and cannot get my paints to adhere to each other while wet like yours do. When I try, they simply smudge together.. If I use a hair dryer to dry the previous layer then Im good to go but you do not seem to be allowing any drying time between your layers. It may be the quality of paints I am using .I just don’t know

    • Thanks for following… I am just using student grades acrylics like liquitex basics, reeves, sakura and pebeo. I love the opaque pebeo the most… First add the underpainting and let it dry then add layers with solid colors and amount meaning without water so it will be pure and thick.

  20. Incredible technique!
