I switched from Golden to Liquitex Basic because the paint on my canvas always seemed to be too thick. I switched to Liquitex Basics since that seems to be a paint you recommend on your website but yours still looks wetter. When you’re mixing your paints, do you add a bit of water as you go?
Art of John Magne Lisondra says:
Golden is a very nice acrylic. one of the best. even better than liquitex basics.. basics are only for beginners. I use it because it’s cheaper and can save more. Yes I added a little bit of water when it feels hard or thick
