  6. its so beautiful sir…..you simplify this painting in a easy manner…I always tends to draw soft pastels painting i never use acylic colour because I’m afraid of using brush and don’t know how to mix and blend the acrylic colour but now I will follow your steps by steps to use acrylic colour…..I wish I must able…… 😧😧

    • thank you Jatin.. you can do it too… since you are already familiar with colors using pastel. learning acrylic will be easier…

  7. why do we need gesso ? can it make much difference ? can we paint directly ? I am learning from you.. you are doing great job..

    • gesso will make the canvas smooth and easy to paint.. it will also protect the canvas and the painting.

  15. I am painting this but think I want to add leaves to the big tree because the other trees have leaves. This tree seems like it would be a dead tree if it has no leaves.

  19. Well I am almost done john with my swan painting but, mine looks like it’s in 4!quarters .. I got to try and fix that.. this was hard but I love the challenge.. I’m still waiting for some more realistic tutorials.. maybe a bear?
