Acrylic landscape painting tutorial on how to paint landscape with big old tree, waterfalls, river, big rocks with textures using palette knife and gesso in a step by step easy and basic painting tutorial for beginners.
This tutorial starts with sketching using light raw umber and flat brush then adding the gesso with palette knife to create textures on rocks and tree trunk. Letting it dry for at least 30 minutes then start adding the colors on the objects of the painting. In this tutorial you can also learn on adding shades and highlights to create realistic effect using the textures.
